I copy many emails from my linkedins friends but it always shows got nothing，is there something wrong with your software？

It used to work right, now it doesn't work at all? I don't know why, but It just sits there now, no orange magnifying glass, no green thumbs up, no thumbs down. Nothing. Even on profiles it worked on before. It's also not always accurate, but that's not a huge issue for me. It did what I needed and it was a wonderful tool while it worked
