Summary
Purple AdBlock is a video ad-blocker for Twitch.tv. The extension uses an external proxy in an ad-free country, only video requests are sent through this proxy to retrieve an ad-free, full quality stream.
The extension does not collect or store your personal information and is opensource.

- Used to work perfectly and beautifully.
- This extension does work, but as previous reviews say it does brick your twitch at random points during the stream.

- Works with Brave! But a stream's resolution fluctuates while an ad is playing.

- Just added it to Chrome, tested it, immediately got an ad. Useless.
- Unfortunately at the moment it removes the chat and under-video controls and uptime, to which it's not worth using.
- seems to have been abandoned as recently it was 50/50 whether it would work, and now it just bricks twitch completely with the exception of the stream being visible
