After installation, users select their institution for LibKey Nomad to automatically provide the fastest links to articles across thousands of publishers. It also integrates with PubMed, Wikipedia, and numerous scholarly publisher websites and research databases.

As another reviewer said, it's important to remember that this is tied to your library (like a College or University library). It does work great with pubmed and google scholar but I appreciate that it also works on publishers websites - many of our patrons go to the journal's website first and this will direct them back to full text / the library. This extension (and ThirdIron products) have been upgraded over the years to include features like Retraction Watch and, recently, the ability to view e-books.
