What is GoodTwitter?

"GoodTwitter" is a Chrome extension that modifies your browser to use the old Twitter interface by changing the user-agent to match an older browser's. It requires browsing history permission to clear the cache for Twitter upon installation but doesn't collect any user info or use analytics. Note, this tool is deprecated and will not be updated or supported.

EXPLANATION FOR REQUIRING THE BROWSING HISTORY PERMISSION: If you install the add-on there will be a warning that it can read your browsing history. This is technically true, however it doesn't. It needs the permission to clean the cache for twitter after installing. GoodTwitter does NOT collect any information about you, it does NOT use any analytics at all.

A very outdated extension would love an update if possible. I would happily redo my review if that were the case. I get the error, "This browser is no longer supported." Please switch to a supported browser to continue using Twitter.com. You can see a list of supported browsers in our Help Centre. " I'm guessing Elon Musk had some say.
